A Message from Dr. Roldan

Dear students, faculty and staff,

Welcome to the FIU coronavirus resource page. We know you are worried and that is why we have created a place where you can come to find the most updated information regarding FIU operations and other resources.

The two most important things you can do at this time is stay informed and take steps to stay healthy and help prevent the spread of disease. Please wash your hands often and thoroughly – if you can’t get to a sink, use hand sanitizer – avoid touching your face, clean surfaces that are touched often and keep a distance of at least six feet from anyone who is sick.

At FIU we have a number of subject matter experts who are working together with administrators to make sure we are following Center for Disease Control protocols and making the best decisions to help keep the university community safe. FIU Health and the Student Health Clinics are ready to assist you, answer your questions and help you find the best approaches to any of your health concerns.

I wish you a great rest of the semester. And remember: Stay informed, stay healthy.
