DESCRIPTION: This K-6 school has approximately 600 students, many of whom
are from disadvantaged backgrounds.
OPPORTUNITIES: Serve as a tutor with an at-risk child. Assist with reading,
English, writing, math, science, etc. Help out with special projects,
depending on your
interests.
HOURS NEEDED: 8:45am - 3:00pm on school days.
COMMENTS: Particularly need reading tutors. Call Ms. Goldman; she really
needs
your help and will take good care of you! She'll give you an assignment
based on
your schedule and interests. Other M-DCC students have enjoyed Richmond
Elementary!
