DESCRIPTION: Volunteers can tutor or provide clerical assistance. Maintenance
and kitchen assistance is also needed.

NFL YOUTH

DESCRIPTION: Community Center in Liberty City that merges recreational
activities with educational support services to assist youth in their
personal development. Services include team sports, recreational sports,
arts & crafts, homework assistance, educational workshops, computer
labs, etc. Already, over 400 youths are participating in the program.
OPPORTUNITIES: Clerical support, coaching, tutoring, computer lab assistant,
teaching assistant, etc. Assist in any & all aspects of the Center--depending
on your interests and skills!
HOURS NEEDED: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 2pm - 6pm; Tuesday, Thursday,
2pm - 7pm.
COMMENTS: This Center was built with the help of the NFL after the 1995
Super Bowl in Miami. Call for more info and to schedule an interview/orientation.
NORTH
LAUDERDALE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB, 7201 Kimberly Boulevard, North Lauderdale,

DESCRIPTION: Provides and facilitates programs for children to enhance
their ability to become productive citizens.
OPPORUNITIES: In need of volunteers to assist in the supervision of kids
at the club. There are areas of recreation, arts and crafts, etc.
