FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS After admission to the FIU-UMEB Program each student received the following support: Supplies for laboratory and field expenses related to the senior research project Travel to Bahamas and Florida sites (course field trips), and to Panama for the field course Travel to scientific meetings to present results of research project Tuition for courses required by the FIU-UMEB Program (20 credits per student) Summer stipend of $3,000 between junior and senior years Academic year stipends to be announced return to main menu
