Who
can join the program?
High
school students, grades 9, 10, and 11,
students whose family incomes fall within the U.S.
department of Education low income classification,
first generation college bound students, students
who may not always make the grade, but who do exhibit
an interest and have potential for a college education.

You
should NOT apply if you:
- Are
heavily involved in sports and after school activities
and cannot commit to attending ALL Upward Bound
activities.
- Do
not have the support of your family in your decision
to make the commitment to join the program.
- Do
not want to go to college.
