Welcome to the Center for Tourism and Technology at Florida International University.

Housed in the School of Hospitality Management, the Center for Tourism and Technology is one of the newest research and development centers in the University. Our mission is two-fold; first, we seek to broadly investigate and examine the Internet and other information technologies which are defining and impacting the tourism, travel and hospitality industries; and, secondly, we provide  venues - in the form of projects, training, technical assistance and consulting - for the transfer of key technologies, paradigms and "know-how" to countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
