Program of Technology Transfer in Tourism and the
Internet seeks to bring about an exchange of
ideas, technology and experiences among those
government and business decision-makers in Latin
America and the Caribbean who operate in the
international tourism marketplace with the
technology conceptualists and providers. We can assist in
establishing and/or strengthening the
relationships between key technology providers
and businesses and organizations that are leaders
in the tourism market in Latin America and the
Caribbean.
Our
programs and consulting/advisory services have
been designed to attend to the needs of the
directorate of National Tourism Organizations
(NTO) at national, regional and tourism
destination-specific levels, as well as those of
General Managers and Executives of tourism
products and services in Latin America and the
Caribbean.
Specifically,
we can help your organization with the following
workshops and training programs and/or
custom-tailored consulting, advisory, and
research services:

Objective:
To provide support to organizations and
tourism-oriented businesses in the optimal
conceptualization, design, coding,
implementation, operation and maintenance of
their virtual presence on the Internet and within
their overall marketing plan.

Objective:
Collaborate with the general directorate and/or
the office of marketing and promotion of
tourism-oriented companies and organizations who
have one or various Web Sites to diagnose,
evaluate and redefine their Internet strategies,
within the context of their organizational
policies and objectives.

Objective:
Contract and/or consult with the general
directorate and/or the office of marketing and
promotion of tourism-oriented companies and
organizations in the planning and execution of
marketing campaigns on the Internet.
Workshops
and training programs can be proffered either
on-site or at one of our state-of-the-art
computing training centers at Florida
International University. Depending on the nature
of the subject matter consulting, advisement, and
research services can be carried out in-country
and/or at the Center. Service contract charges
and conditions are negotiable and based on the
proposed scope of work.
