The First Turkish Night brought together professional people living in the Miami area as well as students and faculty from both FIU and UM.

Delicious Turkish delicacies were prepared by the following students majoring in FIU's internationally-renowned Hospitality Management Program: Serkan Ozer, Ismail Karadag, Murat Sumbul, Ahmet Hamdi Ceran, Hakan Kirkan, Muharrem Kulekci and Veysi Erkilic. Mehmet Arik from the University of Miami prepared three varieties of Baklava. We thank them for their efforts.
