How Liberty Ships Are Built
In 1942 Oregon Shipbuilding
Corporation produced some publicity pamphlets to promote its requests to
the government for facilities upgrading. This following explanation of
Liberty Ship comes from one pamphlet located in the Historian's Collection
of the USMC at the National Archives.
