The Staff Development Committee “Street Team” kicks off in January
The Staff Development Committee is charged with enhancing the professional development of all full-time and part-time employees in the Division of Student Affairs. In an effort to fulfill this charge, the Staff Development Committee’s “Street Team” was created to enhance the experience of our Division’s workforce by finding out how the committee can best meet their needs. The Street Team is committed to assessing the learning and development needs of employees and informing departments about opportunities that are offered through the committee. Through departmental visits, staff meeting presentations, survey implementation and focus groups, the Street Team will represent and voice the needs of the Division’s workforce to the Staff Development Committee for consideration in program design and implementation.
