Personal Philosophy of Education
As educators we must believe in the resilience of our students.  All children can meet higher standards, given the appropriate time,  resources and interventions.  As educator,s our primary goal is to build our students capacity to learn so that they may become independent learners.
Future Professional Goals
Continue in the field of educational administration with a focus on special education.  Interested in teaching at the university level, particularly courses that are related to educational leadership with a focus on children with disabilities and effective professional development programs.

In the future I would like to grow professionally by being involved with comprehensive professional development programs at the district level.
