As an educator today it is important to encompass the qualities of
proficiency, efficacy and flexibility in order to maintain a level of
success when working with students from diverse backgrounds and various
educational needs. To become an agent of change teachers have to
continually improve upon things within and outside the classroom to
assist students, including academic enhancements, self-discovery and
community involvement. |
