Mykaelle “Myka” Figueiredo is currently the Student Body Vice President of Florida International University’s University Park Campus.  Figueiredo is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  She is currently a senior, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration.

Her past positions in Student Government include Director of Community and Outreach and Senator of the Robert Stempel School of Public Health. Some organizations that Figueiredo is a member of include Order of Omega and Omicron Delta Kappa. She was the 2009 Miss Relay for Life and a 2008 Peer Advisor, and is the current Chief Justice to the Panhellenic Council.
