Arthur Meyer is the Student Body President of Florida International University’s University Park Campus in Miami, Member of the Florida International University Board of Trustees, the Chair of the Florida Students Association and the only student member on the State University Systems Board of Governors. Meyer, a native of Long Island, New York, is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management and plans to continue his academic career with an MBA in International Business.

Meyer obtained the rank of Eagle Scout as a junior in high school and has continually furthered himself in leadership roles while attending college. He has served as the Student Government Vice-President (2007-2008), Chair of the Florida Student Association Vice-President Council, past President of FIU’s Order of the Torch (Honorary Leadership Society) and currently serves as the Vice President for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
