1. Schedule meetings that are mutually convenient for all members of the group.

2. Attend all scheduled meetings on time, and stay for the entire scheduled meeting.

3. Be committed to completing the project in a timely manner.

4. Complete my fair share of the work thoroughly and on time to meet the demands of the group and the assignment.

5. Be supportive, courteous, respectful, and trusting of my colleagues at all times.

6. Make decisions that are in the best interest of the group, not in my own best interest.

7. Be an active participant in the group at all times.

8. Help resolve conflicts that may arise between group members.

9. Listen closely to my colleagues’ ideas and opinions.

10. Work collaboratively and creatively with my colleagues.

By signing this agreement, I will abide by the aforementioned policies and regulations. If for some reason I do not meet these expectations, I understand that my group members may decide to dismiss me from the group, in which case, I will receive no credit for the assignment.
