Any person may file an incident report with Student Conduct and
Conflict Resolution. However, our process does not permit one to file charges against another person. Once received, we will review the report and
any supporting documents or evidence and determine if there is
enough to charge a student with an alleged violation (s) of the
Student Code of Conduct. Incident reports may be utilized in
conjunction with a police report or independent of a police report
or other reports.
You may also file a police report or information report with the University Police
department. That office is located in the Public Safety Tower, next to the Health and

documented with there office may be forwarded to Student Conduct and
Conflict Resolution
