** The Knight Strategic Sroblem Solving Strategy (SPSS) is a good approach for attacking difficult problems.
It gives a procedure to follow when you don't know how to solve a problem. This link also shows the required steps for individual problems on exams.The Advanced Problem Solving Strategy shows steps need to develop exper problem solving skills. Note that these steps are similar to those required by Lockheed/Martin on their technical reports.
