SAGA DAYS: March 24-26, 2008
SAGA Days provides applicants to the program a chance to meet the students and
faculty, learn more about the program, and interview for graduate assistantships.

BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT EXCHANGE: Spring Break 2007
We have the opportunity this Spring to visit BGSU and learn about their program
out in Ohio. You will have the opportunity to connect with a department at BGSU
and work with them for one week. This experience can also count as Practicum
credit!

VIRTUAL CASE STUDY:
SAGA members annually compete in this competition, sponsored by
StudentAffairs.com.

For the 2006 competition, winners from FIU included: Erika
Glenn, Julie Leos, Heidi Richards, and Walter Maldonado.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS:
Saga members on the Prof. Development Committee have put together a number of
workshops to enhance the skills of Saga members. Past workshops include: How to
submit a proposal to a conference, Resume writing session for those in Student
Affairs, Conference etiquette, and more. Upcoming workshops will be announced
soon!

SAGA SOCIALS:
Saga members work hard but must set aside time for play! Upcoming
Socials are being scheduled!
