Educational Leadership Student Affairs Administration M.S & Ed.D. The Masters and Doctoral programs in Educational Leadership - Student Affairs Administration at FIU are comprehensive and unique. Students have the privilege to study Student Affairs at a growing institution, where change and innovative ideas are always welcomed. In addition to all that, our Division of Student Affairs provides several opportunities for our students to put theory to practice at FIU.
