Educational Leadership
Student Affairs Administration
M.S & Ed.D.

The Masters and Doctoral programs in Educational Leadership - Student
Affairs Administration at FIU are comprehensive and unique. Students
have the privilege to study Student Affairs at a growing institution, where
change and innovative ideas are always welcomed.

FIU’s unique diversity setting creates an exciting work environment,
where there is never a dull moment. Students in our program experience
the growing focus on diversity first-hand!

In addition to all that, our Division of Student Affairs provides several
opportunities for our students to put theory to practice at FIU. Several
departments and offices currently offer competitive assistantships and
meaningful practicum experience. Students in the program benefit a lot
from this great experience. Common assistantships can be found in the
following areas:
Career Services

Fraternity and Sorority Life
Residential Life and Housing
Center for Leadership and Service
International Student Scholar and Services
Multicultural Affairs and Programs
Women's Center
Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution
and more....
