Medical School/Dental School Applicants (for 2009!):

If you are planning to have a Committee interview at FIU early this spring, you need to have a completed file.  This includes:  Instructor Evaluations, your AMCA/ADA application material, any letters of recommendation you plan to have as part of your file, your fully completed personal history questionnaire; your personal statement essay, and your qualifying MCAT or DAT score.

 In order to schedule an interview students must submit a Request for Interview Form. Interviews will be scheduled in the order of approval of the Request for Interview.
