Participating as a Model United Nations Delegate
MUN students participate at the National College Model United Nations in New York, the oldest and largest intercollegiate MUN in the United States. Over 2300 students from 30 states and 13 countries on four continents, representing 175 colleges and universities, convene in New York City for a five-day simulation of the United Nations.
Several sessions are held at the United Nations in the General Assembly and Economic and Social Council Hall. Students also attend a "briefing" at their assigned country's Permanent Mission to the United Nations where they meet with their nation's Ambassador and United Nations delegates.
