The FIU/PDC is staffed with a skilled group of professionals who are selected for their unique combinations of experience and education. Over time, this instructional staff has consistently demonstrated an ability to meet the challenges presented by a diverse and multifaceted workload that crosses systems and geographical boundaries. All instructors are required to complete and maintain instructional standards that are evaluated through a rigid statewide peer review certification protocol.
