Activities include: 1) Data collection on retention and graduation rates at the University, College/School and program levels; 2) Data analysis on reports and distribution of results to the appropriate leadership; 3) Design and implementation of research strategies to determine reasons for student attrition by student cohorts and demographic segments; 4) Collaboration with program and service leaders across the university to develop and implement effective interventions based on the research; 5) Assessment of interventions in order to determine their effectiveness.
