Dr. Fernando Gabriel Noriega Department of Biological Sciences, Florida International University Fernando G. Noriega Associate Professor
Current members of our laboratory Marianne Goodwin

|
The research in our laboratory combines physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology to address Insect biology fundamental questions.
Currently, we are working on two main projects:
1. The study of the
nutritional regulation of juvenile hormone levels in mosquitoes.
2.
Functional proteomics analysis of the mosquito
neuroendocrine system.
I have also interest in the fields of insect immune response and thermoregulation.
If you are interested in
pursuing a Doctoral degree under my supervision please contact me
Courses I am offering at FIU:
1. Functional Genomics and Proteomics
