The "Go to alpha list" button is aligned to the left side of the left cell.   When clicked on, the screen moves up until the A-Z list at the top of the page is visible.   This allows a user to easily navigate to different indexed points. When information is added in these cells, the "Top of Page" buttons will move to the (approximate) center of the page.   Basically, the image is set to align to the left side of the right cell.
So all you have to do is write your data in between the <td> and </td> tags (cells), then add as many rows (<tr> to </tr>) as you may wish.
