Covers both public and private transactions involving at least 5% of the company value (prior to 1993, value must => $1mm.) Transactions include, mergers, acquistions, LBOs, stake purchases, tender offers, stock swaps, privatizations, spinoffs, etc. Searchable data factors includes over 1,400 data elements.
