  5. Hal Puthoff (Owl) -- Stanford Research Institute, worked with Ingo Swann who supposedly trained PSI-TECH in remote viewing
  6. Jack Verona (Morning Dove?) -- headed up "SLEEPING BEAUTY" psychotronic warfare project, apparently reported missing recently

The Aquarium

Dan Smith has recently written that the Aquarium has been created by the Aviary as a group to prepare human consciousness for the "Eschaton" or spiritual emergency preceding the end of the world. The Aquarium is said to be working to shift human consciousness with regard to NHI (nonhuman intelligence)... but why? And if we know the 'birds' of the Aviary, who are the 'fish' of the Aquarium?

OK. Who knows about the Aquarium? But as to the Aviary... why are civilians like Puthoff and Moore on it? Is Maccabee really part of it? (It would not be the first time he's been accused of being a disinformer.) Is it only a coincidence that there are exactly 12 (as in MJ-12) Aviary members?

The name for the Aviary supposedly comes from the fact that these people are "singing birds" willing to tell what the gov't really knows. But I find it interesting that most of the bird names represent highly predatory avians...
