Birth. September 6 (al. 2), 1664, Milan. From a patrician family.
Education. University of Milan, Milan (doctorate in law, 1686).
Early life. Member of the College of Lawyers of Milan. Consistorial lawyer, Rome, 1694 for many years. Voter of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signature, May 1715. Auditor of the Sacred Roman Rota, July 3, 1716; later dean, September 18, 1733. Regent of the Apostolic Penitentiary, 1733. Governor of Rome and vice-camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church, August 6, 1734 until July 15, 1739.
Sacred orders. (No information found).
Cardinalate. Created cardinal deacon in the consistory of July 15, 1739; received the red hat and the deaconry of S. Adriano, September 30, 1739. Participated in the conclave of 1740.
Death. February 20, 1742, at 6:15 a.m., Rome, after a long and painful illness. Exposed and buried in the church of Ss. Ambrogio e Carlo al Corso, dei Milanese, Rome.
