Named bishop of Orléans, June 26, 1521; occupied the see until his death.

Death. September 24, 1533, Tarascon, while he was travelling to Marseille to meet Pope Clement VII, who was going to perform the marriage ceremony of his niece Catalina de' Medici with Henri, duke d'Orléans, future King Henri II of France. Buried (no information found).
