Guidelines for reserving the Marine Biology boats, Ford F-250 4x4 truck, and E-350 12 passenger van:

• Use the below links to check if the boats and/or truck are already reserved for your intended period. If your intended period spans over the end of a month, you can select between months at the bottom of the calender sheet.
• If the boat of interest or truck is available for your intended period, send your period request by email to [George Meichel]. Upon reservation of the boat and/or truck, you must submit a Marine Biology Float Plan form including a PantherSoft project or department ID to which boat (Pro-Line B-24 and Mako 20 $180/day; and/or truck/van fees $50/day plus $0.45/mile) shall be charged.
• Your requested period will be entered into the boat and truck schedule
• Pickup boat and truck keys on the work day prior to your intended use
• Return boat and/or truck with full gas tank (Attention: Use only diesel fuel for the truck!) and return keys no later than one work day after your return
• Report all incidences, accidents, damages, losses immediately after your return!
