Problems with Adobe:  if your Adobe won't work (error message - linearized data) or gives a blank page, then you need to reset your Adobe
the following way:  Open Adobe, click on Edit, click on Preferences, click on General, then the dialog box will have a check mark next to "Allow Fast
Web Access".  Click on the check mark to remove it.  Your Adobe will still have quick web access, but more importantly will now be able
to read linearized data files and large pdf files.
