This Census Department data base provides county, state, and national level business data for 1977-1997. Statistics include number of establishments, payroll (annual and 1st quarter), number of employees, and number of establishments by size class for 2 digit SIC industry groupings. Note that the cd version of this database (which covers data down to 4 digit sic codes) is available in our Government Documents Departments on the second floor at each campus library.
According to the foreword, this annual publication of the National Center for Education Statistics, "contains information on a variety of subjects in the field of education statistics, including [but not limited to] the number of schools and colleges, teachers, enrollments, graduates, ... educational attainment, finances, federal funds for education, employment and income of graduates, libraries, international education ... attitudes on education, education characteristics of the labor force, ...."

JOSHUA is the Judicial Online Super-Highway Access System, a statewide
judicial information system of the State of Florida. It is a primary source library of Internet resources most likely to be used on a daily basis by Florida attorneys, laypersons, students, and researchers.
InteliHealth is the health information site from Johns Hopkins University. Near the top center of this page you'll see a link for "Medical Dictionary". Click on the link and you're in. You can also click on "resources" on the left side bottom of this page and then choose this dictionary.

The MLA current (1998) print edition of their style manual is titled, MLA Style Manual & Guide to Scholarly Publishing. It is available at the North Campus library in both Reference (second floor) and Reserve (first floor) under the call number PN147.G444 1998; and at the Reference Desk on the second floor at University Park. The previous edition of the MLA Style was titled: MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers. Click on a state and you will see a list of locations. Go to the line for your location and you will see the time differences for tides in that location from the tide times at the reference station. Click on "reference station" for your location to get the tide times -- you must then add or substract the time differences to get the tide times for your location.
