There is still one more position available on the E-Board:
Alternate Honor Council Representative: Honor Council is the head organization that governs all other Honor Societies. They are the main source of our finances and a great source for community service events. The person will be working with Ana, our current Honor Council Representative to make sure that all Honor Council General Meetings will be attended. (The Next meeting is on September 18 @ 3:30 pm in GC150).
You will need to take excellent notes at these meetings and relay this information back to the KDP Executive board and Members. You will be in charge of any special, social, and community service events hosted by Honor Council. For all Honor Council Events, it is your responsibility to make sign up sheets for the events, to contact the members with information on the Honor Council Events, and organize a sheet with members that attended the events to award points. Paperwork and deadlines are very crucial in Honor Council. You need to be on top of what is due with all paperwork such as monthly reports, member rosters, annual reports, Stole and Medallion forms, Individual Society Projects, and Society Special Projects. It is your responsibility to collect and turn in to Honor Council the full names of the seniors graduating in the current semester for the Commencement Book and any events for the Graduating Seniors. It is mandatory that the Honor Council Mailbox is checked by the end of the month. You are responsible for keeping the website up to date on Honor Council Event and Happenings! You will be working with the A & S office to check our funding from Honor Council is accurate at all times. You will be responsible for any paperwork needed to use for funding such as purchase orders like Publix or Papa Johns, Expenditure Request Form like a DJ, or a Travel Request.

The Location of the Meeting will stay in Room ZEB330 and we will still meet the first Tuesday of every Month.
I hope that this arrangement accommodates a majority of our members so attending our Member Meetings is possible.
