Joseph Jupille is Assistant Professor of Political Science and Co-Director of the Miami  European Union Center.  His first book, Procedural Politics: Issues, Influence, and Institutional Choice, was recently published by Cambridge University Press.  Among more than a dozen publications are articles appearing in International Organization, Comparative Political Studies, and the Annual Review of Political Science.  Professor Jupille has been an EU-US Fulbright scholar and a Social Science Research Council (SSRC) International Dissertation Fellow.  Having been awarded a Jean Monnet Fellowship, he will spent the 2003-2004 academic year as a research fellow in the Robert Schuman Centre of the European University Institute outside of Florence, Italy.
