Student Internship Possibilities
in Miami

Local Internship Possibilities

The following is a list of a variety of businesses and agencies in the South Florida area that have offered internships to our students in the past. You are also free to use your own internship contacts. These opportunities are offered for course credit to International Relations and Geography majors.

Remember, your internship should provide a new learning experience and so should 1) involve work in a pre-professional capacity that exposes you to substantive aspects of international relations or geography, and 2) involve a venue other than the job you already have.

See the internship director for further contact information on these possibilities.

Consular

Miami-area consulates and embassies have hosted interns from our program. Finding an internship supervisor at these sites is largely up to the prospective intern, though we do have a contact for the Canadian Consulate.
