In Person Request

You may request a transcript in person by filling out a Transcript Request form and paying the appropriate fee at the Cashier's Office.  Please remember to return the form to the Registrar's Office to show proof of payment so we can process your request.

When requesting a transcript by mail you must do so in writing and include the following information:

  • Your name

  • ID number

  • The address to which your transcript should be sent

  • A check or money order for the amount due

  • Your signature - we cannot process your request unless your correspondence is signed

How much does a transcript cost?
.
Transcripts are $5.00 each, however, when requested at the same time transcripts are $5.00
each for the first five transcripts and each additional transcript is $3.00.

How long does it take to receive a transcript?
.
It normally takes five working days to process a transcript except  during peak periods and 
barring unforeseen circumstances. Transcript Request Form

Where can I get a copy of my unofficial transcript?
.
You may print an unofficial transcript either from the Web or the Kiosks on both University Park and North Campus.  Unofficial transcripts are free.
