| The
Office
of the Registrar offers a great variety of information for
students, including, the academic calendar, catalogs,
class schedule, exam schedule, grades and more.
If this is the first
time you enroll at the University and you have not applied
for admission, you must fill out a Non-Degree-Seeking Student
Form available on the web
or in the Registrar's Office. You will need to show
proof of residency and, if under the age of 40, submit to
the Student Health Center proof of immunization against Measles,
Mumps and Rubella (MMR).
Once these forms are
completed, you will be given a Registration Access Information
print-out which will indicate your registration appointment
time and day. You will also be supplied with your access
code (PIN number or Personal Identification Number).
This code, along with your student number, will give you access
to the telephone registration system, kiosks registration
and internet
registration.
Telephone registration:
To register by telephone you will need your social security
number and your PIN (see above). For more information
on telephone registration, click
here.
On campus registration:
Students can register either directly at the Office of
the Registrar, or by using the kiosks disseminated in many
buildings on UP Campus: PC, GC, BA, and Library.
On Biscayne Bay Campus, kiosks are located outside the bookstore,
library, cafeteria and in the computer Lab (AC1, Room 293).
Online registration:
Register for courses on the web and view or print an enrollment
statement. The enrollment statement will list the courses
you have registered for, the tuition and fees due, an explanation
of the tuition breakdown, the tuition deadlines and refund
schedule, the catalog description of the courses for which
you have registered, the final exam schedule, important dates
and deadlines, and the location of the courses on campus (see
above). For online registration, click
