Rex A. Stockham, BS, MFS, is a Supervisory Special Agent assigned to the FBI Laboratory’s Evidence Response Team Unit.  He has been employed by the FBI since 1984 and has worked a variety of violations to include violent crimes, interstate theft and drugs.  He was transferred to the FBI Laboratory Division in 1998 and employed as an Explosives and Hazardous Devices Examiner.  He is currently assigned as the Forensic Canine Program Manager.

 

SSA Stockham has been involved in the training, testing and deploying of human scent canines since 1999.  His research has been designed to expand the application of human scent canines beyond traditional use and to improve upon the current collection and storage methodology of human scent evidence.
