Dr. Huffman started her university education in her homeland of Turkey, and completed her graduate education in the United States of America.

Dr. Huffman graduated from the University
of Ankara in Ankara, Turkey with a degree
in Agricultural Engineering & Home Economics. After attaining
her Bachelor of Science degree, she when on to post-graduate
work at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute again majoring in Agricultural
Engineering.
Six years later Dr. Huffman
attended Auburn University in Alabama, USA
where she received her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Nutrition &
Foods.
