Certificate and Non-Degree Programs

The Broward Program has specialized certificate programs in Hotel/Lodging Management, Restaurant/Foodservice Management, and Travel and Tourism Management. Each program consists of 36 semester hours, including core requirements and electives to meet the specific needs of each student. These programs are open to students with a high school education and experience in the industry.

Anyone employed in the hospitality industry may register as a non-degree seeking student for up to 15 semester hours of selected courses for professional development to improve their skills and enhance their opportunities for promotion.
