The Broward Program offers two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science in Hotel and Foodservice Management.

The extensive curriculum focuses on career preparation for diverse management positions in hotels and resorts, restaurants and foodservice, clubs, travel and tourism, and related areas.
