Upon successful completion of Sushi
Maki University's 8 week program, you will
be responsible for:
1) Ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction
2) Full P&L responsibility for restaurant

sanitation and operational systems,
standards and performance
4) Recruiting, Hiring, Training,
Evaluating (performance reviews) and
