- Appointments
are
strongly
recommended
and
are
made
starting
two
weeks
in
advance.
Appointments
are
not
required,
but
there
may
be
a
waiting
time
before
being
seen
(depending
on
the
urgency
of
your
symptoms
and
or
provider
availability
at
the
time
you
walk
in).
- Urgent
cases
are
seen
immediately
after
nurse
triage.
Nonappointment
cases
are
seen
in
order
of
severity
(based
on
nurse
triage).
- If
an
appointment
must
be
cancelled,
students
must
notify
the
Health
Clinic
at
least
24
hours
in
advance.
- Registered
nurses
are
available
during
regular
clinic
hours.
- Physician
office
visits
are
available
by
appointment
only.
- Advanced
Registered
Nurse
Practitioners
are
available
by
appointment
for
GYN
and
general
medical
care.
- All
medical
records
and
clinical
consultations
are
strictly
confidential.
Medical
records
cannot
be
released
without
the
written
consent
of
the
student
patient.
- In
case
of
emergency
on
campus
(illness
or
emergency),
Public
Safety
is
to
be
called
24
hours
a
day,
at
the
following
extensions
