Course Description

This course provides an introduction to a variety of health disciplines, emphasizing a holistic approach to health from the physical and psychosocial dimensions. This course is designed to teach you basic principles of prevention so enable you to perform optimally. Students of all majors are welcome and encouraged to take this course as an elective.
