| Katie Birch OCLC Europe, Sheffield UK Ms. Birch is the co-manager of the Delivery Services Portfolio at OCLC. Based in OCLC's UK office in Sheffield, Katie works alongside Dana Dietz to coordinate and manage OCLC's resource sharing products including WorldCat Resource Sharing, ILLiad, and VDX. Prior to the acquisition of Fretwell-Downing Informatics by OCLC PICA in 2005, Ms. Birch had a variety of roles including Business Development Manager, Product Manager, and Project Manager. She also spent two years with UK-systems vendor - Talis as a product manager. Ms. Birch is a qualified librarian with a background in both academic libraries in the UK and resource sharing. |
Heather Campbell Jacksonville [Florida] Public Library Ms. Campbell hasworked for Jacksonville Public Library since 1979. She was the library's ILL librarian from 1980-1985 during its teletype and ALA form era- known in some circles as "when saber-toothed tigers and mastadons roamed the book stacks". She has also served JPL's customers in various capacities-often simulataneously- including as a reference librarian, Florida-Times Union indexer, fill-in Teen librarian, assistant regional branch manager, and Main Library Fiction librarian. She's also served on library committees and task forces including the Collection Development plan committee and the Programming Benchmarking team. In late 2003, she became the manager of the Special Service department and currently oversees Interlibrary Loan, Books By Mail, and miscellaneous operations. She oversaw the library's transition to ILLiad in 2004. In addition to her regular duties, she serves on or acts as a consultant for various library committees- including the library's Safety Committee. |
| William Gee East Carolina University, Greenville NC William Gee serves as Interlibrary Loan Librarian at Joyner Library, East Carolina University. He holds a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science and a paralegal certificate from Berry College. Mr. Gee has worked previously in reference, circulation, serials, government documents, and technical services. Outside of libraries, he has worked in municipal government human resources and with children's educational programming. Gee's current research interests focus on library resource sharing and copyright. |
| Betsy Merricks Head of Interlibrary Loan, High Point University Ms. Merricks has served as the Head of the Interlibrary Loan Borrowing and Lending Department at High Point University since 2005, also providing bibliographic instruction for the English Department. Ms. Merricks has also worked in the English Department and Joyner Library Special Collections at East Carolina University, and served as an intern for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper. She received her BA in English from East Carolina University, and anticipates an August 2008 completion of the MLS. She is happiest with her family, friends, great books and music, and time and opportunity to enjoy them all. |
| Donna Millard Director of Library Services, Social Sciences & Humanities at McMaster University Library At McMaster University Library, Ms. Millard has assumed many roles over a twenty year career — reference librarian, reference manager, business librarian, interlibrary loans librarian, access services librarian and most recently Director of Library Services. Having done a variety of service oriented positions, she has a keen need to provide the appropriate service to the various library users in an academic library. With the most recent dramatic changes in the McMaster University Library system, she has applied these skills, knowledge and appreciation of service needs to better service library users.

| Brenda Rutten Senior Library Services Consultant, College Center for Library Automation Ms. Rutten has been a library services consultant at CCLA for the last seven years. Her duties include the configuration, implementation, and training of the circulation and course reserves modules in LINCC, the shared library management system administered by CCLA on behalf of the 28 community colleges of Florida. The system is based on Ex Libris ALEPH library management system. She also acts as CCLA liaison to the Access Standing Committee, consisting of Florida community college librarians who meet to advise CCLA on issues regarding Circulation, Reserves, and Interlibrary Loan. She received her MLS from Florida State University.

| Scott Schmucker Library Services Consultant, College Center for Library Automation Mr. Schmucker has been a library services consultant at CCLA for the last four years. His duties include the configuration, implementation and training of the LINCC ILL module.

| Kevin Wilks Head of Access Services, The Center for Research Libraries Mr. Wilks has been the Head of Access Services since 1984. During his time with the Center, he has played a major role in implementing automated circulation, delivery of articles electronically and, most recently, implementing digital delivery. Before joining CRL, Mr. Wilks served as the Head of Circulation at the Northwestern University School of Law Library. This year, he will chair the RUSA STARS Hot Topics Discussion Group. Mr. Wilks is the proud father of four boys ages 10, 10, 8, and 3. |
| Dru Zuretti Copyright Clearance Center Ms. Zuretti is the Client Relationship and Education Manager at Copyright Clearance Center. She has been with CCC since December of 1997, and has served in a variety of customer facing roles, including leadership and management of the Customer Relations Group. Two years ago, Ms. Zuretti's responsibilities were transferred into her present position as Client Relationship Manager. In this role, Dru travels extensively throughout the United States, visiting college and university campuses, businesses, consortia, and corporations. She also has been a presenter on copyright issues for a variety of national conferences including the National Association of College Stores at ConTEXT and CAMEX, the Medical Library Association Annual Conference, the Special Library Association Annual Conference, Big Ten Printing and Copyright Conference, Print Image International, and the Association of College and University Printers. Dru is a member of the National Speakers Association and International Coaching Federation, and has a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College. |
