PRESIDENT: Srikanth Korla Srikanth Korla is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Master degree (CAD/CAM) in 2004 and Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) in 2001 from Andhra University, India. He has 5 years working & teaching experience at various universities. He has been serving as a Teaching Assistant for department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at FIU from spring 2007. He is the Vice-President for Badminton Club at FIU during 2008-09. He believes in learning new cultures and sharing innovative ideas. He is quite enthusiastic to work as GSA president at FIU during 2009-10 with the aim of organizing the association with lucidity and discipline. Contact me at skorl001@fiu.edu      VICE-PRESIDENT (UP): Irene Hatsu Irene Hatsu is a doctoral student at the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition. She earned her Masters degree from the University of Georgia, Athens, in the area of Maternal and Child Nutrition. Prior to joining FIU, Irene worked with GA District 2 Public Health, as a County Nutritionist. Irene loves to meet new people and also loves to read and cook. She is happy to be part of the GSA   and for an opportunity to serve. She hopes to contribute as much as she can to the improvement of the association.      VICE-PRESIDENT (BBC): María Cecilia Cedeño María Cecilia Cedeño is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Global Strategic Communications. Her future plans include Law School and advocacy work. She enjoys to travel and learning new languages.      TREASURER: Priyanka Mandal Priyanka Mandal  is pursuing her M.S in Dietetics and Nutrition at Robert Stempel School of Public Health and Social Work. She has her Bachelors degree in Dental surgery from KLE's Institute of Dental Sciences, India. She has been ardently working for GSA since November 2008, serving the position of Office Administrator. She's very enthusiastic about working for GSA and bringing about every necessary amendment for the convenience  of the Graduate students, thereby, speedily catering to their honorable academic needs. He has done his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008 from Gujarat University, India. He is a Teaching Assistant in the Mechanical and Material Department from spring 2009.
