For proposals that require hearings (more information found in the link below), please do not submit the required copies until you have been notified by the Senate office that your proposal will be included in the bulletin.

Program Termination/Deletion: Submit BOT Program Termination form or memo.
* New course and course change/deletion requests require that you submit the original form, as well as one hard copy and one electronic copy of the course syllabus containing: Objectives, Learning Outcomes, Major Topics and Textbooks.
