The Historical Records of the July 13, 1994 "13 de Marzo" Tugboat
Massacre
The slaughter of at least 41 men, women, and children on July
13, 1994 by agents of the Cuban government is a crime that demands that
those responsible be brought to justice, that the bodies of the victims
be turned over to their loved ones, and that the families
be compensated for their loss. The Cuban government has done nothing to
bring the men responsible for the killings to justice. International
organizations have condemned the act, but have not had the jurisdiction
to bring the guilty to justice.
We believe that as long as the guilty go free, and the bodies of the
innocents are not returned to their families that this tragedy is an
ongoing one.
We want to bring a conclusion to this tragedy.
We Demand Justice.
