HAVANA, March 26 (Reuters) - China and Cuba will sign agreements on Friday for $19 million of Chinese investments, credits and grants for the communist-ruled Caribbean island Cuban state media said on Thursday.

One of the accords would cover a Chinese investment of $12 million to set up a joint farm in Cuba, to produce mostly rice, the Cuban news agencies Prensa Latina and AIN said.

Another involved a Chinese credit for Cuba of $6 million, whose end use would be decided by both countries. China also agreed to make a $1 million grant to Cuba.

The accords were due to be signed on Friday at the end of this week's meeting of the Cuba-China intergovernmental commission, which supervises bilateral trade and cooperation.

The Chinese delegation was headed by Sun Zhenyu, deputy minister for foreign trade and economic cooperation. Foreign Trade Minister Ricardo Cabrisas represented Cuba.
