MALPENSA, Italy (AP) -- The body of a Cuban man was found Sunday in the wheel well of an Italian jetliner which last traveled to Cuba nine days ago, the ANSA news agency said.

The body was discovered the morning after the chartered Boeing 767 arrived at Malpensa airport near Milan from the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.

ANSA said investigators identified the man from documents as Roberto Garcia Quinta, 47. It said he was wearing the uniform of an airport worker, but did not elaborate.

The chartered Boeing 767 had made several trips since it was last in Cuba on Sept. 10, ANSA said. It was operated by Eurofly, the charter division of Alitalia, the Italian national airline.
